Ordering Policies

 

Warranty Information:

Pharmex® products are warenteed to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 60 days from date of shipment. Pharmex® will not be responsible for defective merchandise unless claim is made within 60 days of shipment to the customer. Any product shown to be defective within the time provided and to the satisfaction of Pharmex® , will be replaced without cost to the purchaser; however, in no event shall Pharmex® , be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the defective product.

 

Pharmex's Return Policy:

All stock products may be returned for credit within 120 days from date of invoice. Returned stock products will be subject to 10% handling charge. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Stock products that are more than 120 days from the date of invoice will not be accepted for return. Unauthorized returns sent "collect" to Pharmex® will not be accepted.

 

Items must be returned in original cartons and in unused condition. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization Number obtained from our Pharmex® representative or by contacting the customer service department. The Return Goods Authorization Form must have supporting paperwork indicating original purchase order number, Pharmex® work order, and date of original order.

 

If there is any loss or damage at the time of delivery, it is essential to note it on the delivery receipt. Any concealed damage should be reported to th delivery carrier within 15 days. Keeping the entire package is necessary until after the carrier issues a concealed damage inspection report. Custom products may not be returned.

 

The Shelf Life of Pharmex Labels:

One year from date of invoice when stored in optimal conditions of temperature not to exceed 75 degrees Fahrenheit and Relative Humidity of 40% to 50%. The performance of our products cannot be presumed to be satisfactory beyond this point even when stored in these optimal conditions. The performance of our products can degrade much sooner if the storage conditions are not optimal.
